Email support@lumora.video. We usually answer within two working days. Tell us your account email and, for a video, its share link or project name.

Connect Lumora to Claude or ChatGPT

1. Add Lumora from the app's connector or plugin directory, or add a custom connector with the address https://lumora.video/mcp.
2. Choose Connect. A Lumora window opens: sign in or create a free account, then choose Allow.
3. Ask for a video, for example "Make a 12 second launch video of https://example.com with Lumora".

To disconnect, remove Lumora in the app's connector settings.

Claude Code, Codex and API keys

See Lumora for agents for the plugins, the MCP server and the REST API. Coding agents can also use an API key from Account settings → API keys.

Common questions

• "Couldn't connect" or "Authorization failed": start the connection again from the app. If it keeps failing, email us the app name and the time it happened.
• An export takes a while: renders run at about two frames per second. A 15-second 1080p video takes a few minutes, and the assistant can check on it with render_status.
• Watermark or export limit: the Free plan has three exports a month with a watermark. Pro and Team have no limit.
• Delete my data: Account settings → Delete account removes everything right away. See the privacy policy.
