Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Lumora at https://lumora.video, its API, its hosted MCP server and its plugins for Claude and Codex.

Your account

You need an account to save projects and export videos. Keep your password, API keys and connected apps safe: you are responsible for what is done through your account, including by assistants you connect to it.

Your content

You keep all rights to the recordings, screenshots, logos and music you upload and to the videos you make. You allow Lumora to store and process them only to provide the service to you: to render your videos and host your share links. Only upload material you have the right to use, and don't use Lumora for unlawful content.

Plans and billing

Free accounts have a monthly export limit and a watermark. Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel in Manage subscription, and stay active until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Agents, MCP and plugins

You can connect Lumora to assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Codex. An assistant acts in your account with the access you approved, and exports it starts count towards your plan. Check what an assistant made before you publish it. You can disconnect an assistant at any time.

Share links

Anyone with a share link can watch that video. Delete the video or your account to take it down.

Fair use

Don't overload the service, try to reach other people's data, or resell access without our permission. We may limit or close accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Lumora running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we tell you before it applies. You can stop using Lumora and delete your account at any time.
